Why do we have to put a 100% deposit?

It is because I do not have a large capital to cover a large number of orders.

Why is there a waiting time?

Please understand that the supplier have to make additional orders as im a not an official retailer.

Why cant u stock up the laptops?

I cant because the warranty will start on the arrival of the laptops to my side. This will cause unhappiness to some buyers if the stocks were to have 1-2 months warranty lapse.

Are the laptops legal and not refurbished sets?

They are totally brand new and sealed. You can make a police report if you think the sets are illegal. My particulars will be issued on the invoice upon receiving the payment.

Why don’t you just opened a shop?

If i opened a shop, i cant give u these good prices anymore.LoLx

Im from UK, will my order be liable for tax in my country?

Yes. However, the risk of getting tax for just 1 laptop is low. If ur getting more than 1, try to request them to be delivered to different address. Thus, lowering your risk.

What shipping courier will you be using for International order?

Its all up the buyer preference.

Is shipping insurance included in the shipping charges?

Im afraid not but it is recommended for you.
